After the stupendous success of Taree Zameen Par, Aamir who has refrained from awards and star night for nearly a decade as decided to accept the the Best directional Debut award from Gollapudi Sreenivas Memorial Foundation.Why this sudden change of mindset for Aamir...its because the jury of the award was none other than our Kamal Hasan. When one perfectionist is dedicating an award to another perfectionist, it does tell our movie ranks are going up.
It takes a person of Kamal's caliber and reputation to bring down a person like Aamir. Thats where the two geniuses stand out from the rest.
